Delivery Time

Unless stated otherwise in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Return Policy

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded via our online store without giving a reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in writing either by email or by letter to our correspondence address.

  3. You can use the withdrawal form template which we have placed on our website or sent to you in the order confirmation email.

  4. To maintain the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the information regarding the withdrawal decision before the expiration of the 30-day deadline.

  5. The goods must be returned in an undamaged, complete state and in the original packaging. In case of damage or incompleteness of the goods, the online store reserves the right to refuse the return.

  6. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the online store agrees to cover them. The goods must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

  7. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the online store), within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods or confirmation of its dispatch.

  8. The refund will be made to the bank account or electronic payment account from which the payment was made. If this is not possible, the online store will make a refund to the bank account indicated by you.

  9. Please note that in the case of ordering a desk with an additional carpentry service aimed at adapting the desk’s tabletop for the installation of accessories by drilling holes in the tabletop, the right to cancel does not apply. The ordering of such a service is considered a custom-made product, in accordance with Section 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. When ordering the carpentry service, the customer is required to specify the exact position of the holes in the tabletop using the form provided for this purpose at the time of ordering.
